Where can I download the TekXYZ App and how do I use it?

1. Download. Scan the code ON the box or search “TekXYZ” in the App Store or Google Play to download the App.

2. Sign up in the App.

3. Activate. Use the app to scan the App Access Pass INSIDE the box for activation.

Is the TekXYZ App free?

How does GlowFlex glow, and how long does it last?

Expose each side of the GlowFlex ball to the UV flashlight. It stays bright for 3–5 minutes in dim light and up to 12 hours in complete darkness after UV exposure.

Does it require batteries?

Yes. The GlowFlex ball doesn’t require a battery. The UV flashlight uses one AAA battery, which isn’t included due to safety concerns in international shipping, so you’ll need to buy one separately.
